Project Overview

At present, our company has cooperated with several major provinces of operators to carry out energy-saving liquid cooling data room cooperation. We have now supplied and deployed more than 100 5G CU/DU liquid cooling cabinets in multiple parts of the country. Curently, Yunku has the highest market share and good user feedback.

Supply and deploy nearly 100 5G CU/DU liquid cooling cabinets

Deployment plan

Liquid cooling single cabinet can carry thermal power of 10kw, can be cut through the BBU equipment on the business boards,

to enhance the board density of each BBU equipment, the same business load case to reduce the number of BBU.

Deployment mode

Adopting a fully prefabricated modular deployment model, the liquid cooling data centre can be rapidly

deployed, ready-to-use and flexibly expanded.

Immersion liquid cooling scheme

The programme is based on the principle of ‘recycling’:

AC power supply for cabinets
Power supply for liquid-cooled cabinets and energy-saving cabinets will be taken from the AC power distribution module inside the original power distribution AC panel.
DC power supply for communication equipments
All communication equipments will draw power from the DC power distribution module inside the original power distribution AC panel.
DU and other power distribution modules
will be removed from the original cabinet and installed in the energy-saving cabinet.
